\u0153nologues et animateurs, e\u0301quipe\u0301s de diffe\u0301rentes e\u0301prouvettes gradue\u0301es et apre\u0300s des essais d\u2019assemblage de diffe\u0301rents ce\u0301pages, le de\u0301fi sera de cre\u0301er le vin le plus e\u0301quilibre\u0301 possible.<\/p>\n<p>Quand toutes les e\u0301quipes sont pre\u0302tes, une de\u0301gustation de chaque composition permettra d&rsquo;e\u0301lire
